Doula Service
As your doula, I will provide you with endless emotional support and physical assistance. We can discuss the pros and cons about any decisions you will need to make during birth. A doula package consists of 1-3 prenatal visits, free phone consultations, assistance during birth and 1 postpartum visit.
Postpartum Care
Once a mother gives birth, the baby takes priority. Hardly anyone thinks about mothering the new mother as well. This pampering can be extremely important for healing the body after birth and can eliminate postpartum depression. Services may include Belly Binding, a Bath Ceremony and a Sealing Ceremony.
Childbirth Education
I offer private Childbirth Education classes. They are individually designed for each couple, taking into account learning styles, previous knowledge, and specific needs.
Depending on the couple’s preferences, we can go into great depth with the information or just learn what’s absolutely vital to know before birth.
